Excavating a Tyrannosaurus Rex, c. 1916

This photograph of the excavation of a tyrannosaurus rex was most like taken in Montana, before 1916. The T-Rex was discovered by Barnum Brown, one of the most successful and well-known dinosaur hunters in the world, in the early 1900s.
